Gabriel García Márquez Tried To Get Shakira Naked. Does This Surprise Anyone?

In this video the very chaste Shakira appears on “The Jay Leno Show” to perform her Golden Globe nominated “Despedida” from the soundtrack for “Love In The Time Of Cholera.” It’s a pretty decent song, actually. Later on the couch, she tells Jay how Gabriel García-Márquez tried to get her naked. She turned him down, of course, proving the whole “Oral Fixation” thing only makes her the world’s richest cocktease. It’s good to see García-Márquez has not lost his penchant for Melancholy Whoooores, though.
