Thrillist LA’s list today suggests you stuff your pinche face full of tacos at “Pinches Tacos” in West Hollywood.

Named after the word that Spanish speakers use around you for unexplained reasons [Ed. note: Usually followed by “gringo guero,” right?], PT uses decades-old family recipes for their Guadalajaran-style tacos, burritos, enchiladas, sopes, and tortas. Service runs ‘til 4am, and to ameliorate their BYOB status, there’s a “hotline” to the liquor store across the street, who’ll deliver beer/wine to your pinche table.
