Penelope and Monica Cruz’s latest line for Spanish store “Mango” looks straight-up like something out of “Benetton” circa 1992. Let’s break it down:
The heavy brows, primary colors, coochie cutters and red lipstick?
The fact that they look more like Cindy Crawford and less like Kate Moss snorting rails off an eleven year old boy’s hip bone?
The jump-jumping in the ad? All pretty retro.

The look is even older than that, circa 1970’s, you all are too young to remember the hot pants and mini skirts of the era.
Perhaps your mama wore it, ask her. The rest of the look completes the ensemble, over done eyes, red lips, big hair, those were the days.
