Angela, as you may recall, is the Brazilian plastic surgery enthusiast who underwent a procedure to slant her eyes as a touching “homage” to Brazil’s Japanese immigrants. Also touching? Her clitoris and her bellybutton, as this woman has had 43 plastic surgery procedures to date. Procedure number 44 hopes to reconstruct her hymen.
