Idle Speculation And Rumor Mongeration: Is Hillary Clinton Full Of Latino Hateration?

Yesterday, Hillary Clinton fired her campaign manager, Patti Solis Doyle, who, as you may have cleverly deduced from the name tucked safely away between two, White-Or-Perhaps-Ethnically-Ambiguous-Monikers, is Latina. And she replaced her with someone who is Black. And Not Latina. But who also owns a pair of really spectacular ovaries. It seems like an odd time to let a campaign manager go though. Some suspected Solis Doyle has mismanaged campaign funds but who cares. As for Clinton, she insisted during a recent press conference that Patti is:

“a dear friend and trusted advisor and there is just too much to be done so we had to add some more people.”

Letting someone go because you need more people makes a lot of sense, we feel. But surely this will have an effect on Hillary’s impact of Latino voters, who base their votes on the ethnicity of their chosen candidate’s campaign manager? “No!” says Hillary. In Spanish:

When asked if losing Solis Doyle in the role of campaign manager would hurt her among Latino voters - Solis Doyle is Hispanic - Clinton said, “no, not at all.”
“We have a very strong base and she’s deeply involved in the campaign going forward and she always has been for 16 years.”

Well maybe, if Cindy’s post on Hillary having the Latino vote, in the parlance of today’s youth, “on lock” due to “brand loyalty” is any indication, Hillary felt she needed to add someone a little more… Potential-Obama-Voter-Like? Like Maggie Williams? All signs point to “who knows!:”

Late last night, Clinton spoke at Bowie State University, the oldest Historically Black University in Maryland. And this morning, Clinton just hosted a “coffee and conversation” with supporters at the National Council of Negro Women building in Washington, D.C., in what seems to be renewed effort to court black voters.

Wait. So. A politician used us? For our votes? Based on our ethnicity? But her conversative (nooo, not the evil, gun-toting kind!) pearl necklace (nooo, not the evil, porny kind!) and dandylion-fluff-like hair always made Hillary seem so sincere! Yet in charge! Like a man, but one who is feminine! Could switching Patti Solis Doyle for Maggie Williams be some kind of arduously-calculated strategy to cater to specific demographics based on preconceived notions of prejudice rather than any interest in issues or political platforms?:

So, why is Clinton covering so much ground in places where the campaign claims she is unlikely to win, and among voters she has traditionally not fared well with like African-American and youth voters? It’s all about lowering the threshold of Obama’s lead in those places, in other words, staying competitive to keep the delegate race close.

Nah.

My take on this; a view form UK is that Clintons assume they have the Latin vote in the bag so now they are trying to win some Black votes. So guess what. time to roll out the token black.
