A painfully pregnant Jennifer Lopez made sure she cleared enough time in her busy schedule of biting the heads off snakes and bathing in the blood of virgins to attend the Marchesa show during New York Fashion Week:

López, 38, turned heads at the event, where she showed off her glamorous maternity style in a blue silk dress and black heels. Even though she’s pregnant with twins, she refuses to succumb to a sloppy style. “I don’t like the way the sweats look with the extra weight. I like to feel good about myself even at home,” she explained.

Six inch heels while you’re carrying two babies and about fifty extra pounds does seem like it’d feel good! Well, time for a broken glass enema.
