Obama’s “Tejano” Mariachis Are From California
22 February 2008, 10:30 AM. By Carlos Posas
We did a little digging around about Los Mariachi Aguilas de Mexico–the mariachis who sang “Viva Obama!” until our ears bled. Mainly because we wanted to bust Obama for hiring non-American musicians for his American presidential campaign. What we discovered was far worse than we could have ever imagined: They’re from Ventura County, California. Pretty insincere for a guy who’s promising to take care of Tejanos “desde San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Dallas o El Valle, de Houston o del Paso.” By hiring mariachis from out of state? When there are hundreds of Mariachi troops in Texas? Not to mention film crews. Take a gander at where this “Tejano” spot was shot:

Tisk, tisk, our Gran Amigo.

We will no longer stand for these smear tactics. Viva Obama!
Perhaps if he had worn one of the mariachi sombreros instead of a cowboy hat, you might’ve overlooked these discrepancies.
Well it’s pretty obvious he scrambled to produce this after he went down in flames in California.
He’d look sexier in the cowbot hat if it were paired with ass-less chaps………..and mechanically bull.
I wonder if Hillary would wear a durag in order to get the black vote?
@Marco: that would be so tight.
Viva Obama sounds good, imagine that song with Tex-Mex or Norteño?
