The Catholic Church had a chance to select a pope from Latin America (or any other area outside of Europe), an area that is probably MUCH more religious than Europe and the States, but the church picked another European (Pope Benedict). Of course! Sometimes I think the Catholic Church benefits from keeping Latinos ignorant and poor. So . . . to all the Brown Catholics, I say: STOP supporting a European institution that perpetuates ignorance and tolerates pedophilia. STOP believing in supernatural crap.
