Elizabeth Kucinich Is Prettier Than Her Troll Husband, Claims The L.A. Times.

It seems the Los Angeles Times is getting snarkier these days. Author and Pulitzer finalist, Andrew Malcom had an interesting take on -Republican- Democratic [Ed. Note: Um, some of us knew that.] candidate Dennis Kucinich’s ugly persona in his political column for the Times, “Top Of The Ticket”. And we don’t mean that metaphorically. At the end of the piece, mostly about Ron Paul’s continued valiant but hopeless efforts for the presidency, Malcom mentions Dennis Kucinich as another example. Only to wrap up the article saying he is publishing a picture of Kucinich’s wife, Elizabeth, because she “looks a lot nicer than he does.” The picture published in the article cuts him out.

We don’t disagree with Malcom. And while surprising, its refreshing to see journalists, even an old timer like Andrew, take a more humorous approach to their political coverage. Of course, it is published in the Blog section of the LA Times. A screenshot from the actual article after the jump.
