Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is angrily spitting little soggy flecks of coca leaf left and right over Republican Presidential hopeful John McCain, accusing the frosty-haired former POW (And former WOW. Check that picture!) of trying to start a war with Venezuela:

“Maybe he’s seeking hawkish votes, from the right in Florida,” Chavez said at a press conference today in Caracas with foreign correspondents. “Still, whoever wins we want to have better relations with the next U.S. president.”

And then he continued, because why beat around the Bush when you just bash him through interviews with foreign correspondents?:

Chavez said President George W. Bush was seeking to exploit recent border tensions, calling it “the perfect excuse to intervene in Venezuela and occupy our oil fields.”

Chavez is like that one kid in junior high who’s always kind of breathing down the back of your neck asking if you’re talking about him. Dude, no! Get your retainer out my ass.
