Breaking: Police Apprehend Three Filmmakers With Fake Rifle Outside Kate Hudson's West Village Home
Three men shooting a movie in Manhattan’s West Village have been pursued by police after a woman mistook their unloaded prop rifle for the real thing. She called 911 upon noticing the young men on the roof of her building. Officers swarmed the area around 43 King Street, where the… ahem, shooting took place, including actress Kate Hudson’s residence at 43 King Street.
The young men, one of whom had a camera, insisted to police that the rifle was solely for a movie shoot. It’s unclear whether Kate Hudson was home at the time.
