Coming To America: Pope Benedict XVI Doesn’t Want To Spend His Birthday At George Bush’s Lame Party

George Bush has planned a White House dinner for TWELVE THOUSAND PEOPLE Wednesday night in honor of Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to Washington, D.C. and the Pope is all, oh, I have plans that night. Papal burn!

His Holiness, who will celebrate his 81st birthday Wednesday, cannot attend the dinner because of a previously scheduled speech to Catholic bishops.

Bush is even serving Bavarian food. Poor GW. We can just picture him running upstairs to the Lincoln room and collapsing on the bed in tears.
