A story later dismissed as exaggerated nonsense by Canadian law enforcement and several other credible entities. The same delusional imbecile that said people using medicinal marijuana were contributing to political instablity and assassinations in Mexico. What Mr. Walters knows about the realities of addiction, recovery and addressing substance abuse issues could be put on the head of a pin with an acre left over.
