Gay For Pay Week On “Viva Hollywood”

This week’s episode of “Viva Hollywood” was a lot better than last week’s train wreck of a premiere if only because it was Love Scene Week and they made the hottest people in the house go gay. In the above clip, Gisel and Janet get “so drunk” so they can work up to a lesbian kiss. Please. College freshman year 101. After the jump Vinci, being very, extremely, totally heterosexual struggles with his feelings about making out with Berto while Berto is all, “I’m not his teacher. I’m not his dad.” (No, but you would be his daddy if the two of you got it on in our dreams.) Also, there was some naked yoga (ew) with a Native American instructor. In the end, though, cardboard cutout cum “actor” Alexcy bit it in the duel scene with a steamy shot from Geovani’s big gun. Sorry, the homoerotic undertones just sort of spill over.

Nobody is watching this crap. Neither should you. This is right up there with Perez Hilton in my list of “Embarrasing Latino Assimilations and Future Sterotypes”.
It look like VH1 has pulled this series, or something. I’ve tried to TiVo it several times, and it’s always Celebrity Fat Camp in its place.
Maybe Latino rights and Gay rights groups all got up in VH1’s face over the last episode…a gay site thought it was pretty homophobic.
Dang! I wish I could watch straight machitos acting like morons because they have to kiss each other!
