This week’s shout-out goes to a commenter who felt very strongly about the state of semicolons today, as should we all. And even though this person condescendingly referred to our outrage as “adorable,” as if we were some kitten angrily pawing at some yarn, maybe while wearing a little monocle and tiny ascot, we found no_güey!’s comments encouraging and rather witty. So, without further, outrageously adorable ado, let’s be on our güey (Ooo!):

i am pro semicolon, because it is something people can screw up.

And, in the same post, in response to how : would feel sitting alone next to L on a keyboard:
