Towelroad has an image of Karl Lagerfield on a break during a recent New York photo shoot. In it, “his man” has brought him a refreshing beverage on a silver platter:

Lagerfeld is known for his love of Diet Coke and claimed in 2001 to have lost 90 lbs subsisting on that and steamed vegetables. Now we know how he always keeps it on hand.

We’d expect nothing less from the man who preaches, “Those sizes at Dior Homme, you have to respect them.”
