anyway this workd for my niece when she was a little over 2 years. Her mother explained to her that if she wanted to be a big girl she couldn't use bottles anymore ..so then she took her to the store and my niece got to pick out some sippy cups that were only for her leche. and just like that she stopd drinking from a bottle.
This also worked when they changed her crib to a toddler bed since she was outgrowing the crib and they needed it for the baby that was on the way

After a few weeks of being ignored, we realized that the bottle/pacifier/whatever it was we were crying about, was not coming back and we were forced to accept it. I say, let her cry/throw a tantrum now...she will thank you for it later.
