Oklahoma Sheriff Mike Burgess Used County Jail Inmates As Sex Slaves
18 April 2008, 6:00 PM. By Daniel Mauser
Oklahoma sheriff Mike Burgess has been charged with forcing several female inmates to participate in what is being described as a “sex-slave operation.” Oklahoma is fast becoming our Least Favorite State We Always Forget Exists:
Among other things, Burgess is accused of having sex with a female drug court participant who was in his custody. The crimes are to have occurred between October 2005 and April 2007.
A federal lawsuit filed in October claims Burgess told one drug court participant he would have her sent to prison if she didn’t comply with his sexual demands.
The lawsuit, filed by 12 former inmates, alleges the sheriff’s employees had them engage in wet T-shirt contests and offered cigarettes to those who would flash their breasts.
One prisoner alleged she became a jail trusty with more freedom after agreeing to perform a sex act on Burgess, but lost that status when she later refused.
We would have fashioned a shiv out of a plastic spoon and given Burgess a free prostate examination. You’d also be quite surprised at the amount of damage a rat tail fashioned out of a wet t-shirt can cause when whipped around in the general direction of a scrotum.

this reminds me of the Law & Order, SVU episode from this week.
It was crazy!!
I’m sure Sheriff Joe will be mighty interested in this. He’s all for creating efficiency in the penal code. If he can control the sex trade using inmates, he’d be thrilled, I’m sure.
sexism, racism, and a deep-seated contempt for women: all part of the job!
I hope they cut off his balls and forcefeed them to him.
Isn’t a certain member of the Gbee staff dating an Okie?
@ Marco: Perhaps. I’ve never been hogtied against my will, though.
Don’t let people like Mr. Mike Burgress reflect all the people of Oklahoma. I am from Oklahoma and your comment about Oklahoma is fast becoming our Least Favorite State We Always Forget Exists is very affending to me. i have lived here all my life and am very proud of out state we may not have the big cities that you hear about on all the news channels but that is a good thing because most of the things you hear in the media is the bad things that has happened and I would much rather live in this state that nothing ever happens that makes the news than another state that is always in the news. The next time you fill you car up with gas, eat a piece of bread or eat that steak stop and think about Oklahoma is fast becoming our Least Favorite State We Always Forget Exists
