Oprah Gearing Up To Probe Pregnant Man Thomas Beatie

ZOMG–Ms. Oprah has released a new teaser on her website for tomrrow’s show which we will totally be liveblogging because what could go better with our afternoon Similac? People magazine, who is co-sponsoring this media circus, has the video and a few choice quotes up on their site from the interview which was taped earlier this week. Pregnant man words after the jump.

“If Nancy could get pregnant, I wouldn’t be doing this,” Beatie tells PEOPLE of his wife’s hysterectomy. “Who hires a surrogate if they are perfectly capable of carrying their own child?”

Um, rich, smart women who don’t want saggy boobs?

Beatie told Oprah: “I see pregnancy as a process and it doesn’t define who I am. Ironically, being pregnant doesn’t make me feel any more female or feminine.”

Ironically, that’s not the correct use of the word ironically, but we will let this slide as we’re sure the hormones have gone to Tommy’s head.
