For weeks we’ve seen these outdoor promotional ads for Bravo’s new dance competition show, “Step It Up And Dance” featuring a guy who totally looks like Prince. This weekend, we finally got a chance to sit down and watch the first episode and it turns out that Prince guy is Miguel Zarate. He’s 24, a pretty successful choreographer and such a bitch. Which is why we are completely in love with him!

In the first episode, he cozied up to another hilariously evil dancer named John and together the two nicknamed themselves The Mean Girls and The Plastics. Unfortunately, John got whacked in episode two, which was a travesty. (One interesting thing we’re learning through the judging on the show is that dancers are expected to conform to strict gender roles. Not only did John get dropped for dancing too femme, but two of the ladies got told to be careful not to dance like an “angry, mean, man”–because women should always sweet.) Anyway, we predict Miguel will go all the way. One way or another. Heh.

It gets better. Michael (gay thuggy dude) is a go go boy around LA and goes on tour with this gay latino circuit party thing that often comes through Texas and even has some acting experience via a wack off video on latinboyz.com

    make us proud, latinos!
