It was an accident, I think there is no one to blame I mean I bet both drank, and the truth is that there nothing that he could have done to what happened, his friend was with him and he could have stop him from driving but he didnt so how can he be such a victim…. My friend died like that but I am aware it hurts but I know we all drank and we all there to blame

As much as I appreciate his service in the armed forces, I myself am also in the service, it does not take away from the fact that he made the decision to get into the car. I am sure the time that they were racing he was also laughing and thinking what they were doing was pretty fun, Nick I’m sure did not force this man to get into his car.
