Javier Bardem Is Charlie Watts’ Spanish Love Child And Other Photos From Shine A Light

Last night we finally got over to the IMAX theater to see Shine A Light, the new Rolling Stones concert film by Martin Scorcese. It. Was. Fun. Also! We discovered that drummer Charlie Watts, in his younger, pageboy haircut days, was in fact the clone host of Javier Bardem. How else to explain the uncanny resemblance? Seriously kiddies, go see this film if you can find it near you. And bring yer dancin’ shoes. After the jump more proof of the Wood-Bardem relation, lots and lots of Mickness, Keef! and a surprise appearance by Jack White all courtesy of our newly invented medium: iPhone+IMAX photography. Oh and Marty Scorcese, of course.
More Charlie Watts/Javier Bardem uncanniness…
Charlie Watts today, all growed up. Awwww.
Mr. Wood, the sweetest of all.
Did you know Ronnie Wood has a blog?
Keith Richards looking like a scary jack-o-lantern.
But still rocking our panties off.
Surprise, it’s Jack White wishing he had half the sperm of a 65 year-old Rolling Stone.
Then Buddy Guy came on and sang “Champagne and Reefer” and made Mick look like, well, like Jack White.
What can we say? Fuck the haters. They’ve still got it.
And Marty couldn’t help putting himself in the movie.
But, okay. We would have, too.

My favorite part was during “Harlem Shuffle” when Watts sucked out Jack White’s brain with his CO2 canister. It really breathed new life into a song I never really cared for.
