The lovely and talented Mariah Carey talks to the also lovely and talented Ellen DeGeneres about her stupid, awful wedding to stupid, awful Nick Cannon. It was stupid and awful. She also showed the People magazine pictures of the couple’s stupid, awful tattoos and discussed the design of their subtle and classy wedding wings made of diamonds and butterflies and pony poo.

A question: Would you ever get married on a beach? We feel it’d be dirty and lead to unwelcome rashes.

   I think you’re using the word “married” euphemistically. There’s “married” on the beach, which only involves having your hair whipped into a Tina Turner tornado and your dress ripped off by the circling helicopters. Then there’s “honeymooning” on the beach which involves rashes and jail time and the tabloids showing pictures of your cellulite.

   Not that it’s happened to me any of the times I’ve been married.
