Nina Garcia Might Be Switching Over To Marie Claire

Nina Garcia, who was recently reduced to schilling counterfeit birth control pills or something after having been allegedly fired from her job at Elle magazine, is rumored to have found a new job at Maria Claire:

“Project Runway” isn’t alone in switching allegiance from Elle magazine to Marie Claire. One of the show’s three judges, Nina Garcia , who was fashion director at Elle until recently, is said to be going to Marie Claire, too. The show’s winning models and designers will now be featured in the Hearst title rather than Elle. A Marie Claire rep told us: “We have no personnel announcements at this time.” A rep for Garcia didn’t return calls.
