Scandal Is As Scandal Does: More Miley Cyrus Pervy Photos
A couple of weeks ago, some photos of Miley Cyrus shot by Annie Leibowitz for Vanity Fair caused an uproar in the media, who decried the photos as scandalous and pervy. What’s interesting is that Miley just posted some provocative self-portraits, which have garnered no attention whatsoever. Lesson? Slutty photos of an underage kid shot by overpaid photographer to sell magazines are bad, whereas slutty self-portraits shot by underage kid to sell herself are A-OK, y’all! Ok. So this “… spicy coverage or the latino in you” is asinine. This blog just picks up some of the most annoying gossip stories that anyone can read on Perez Hilton (who, though annoying, is probably a bit “spicier” than this site). You scrape the net for the least revelatory stories and present them on here as less than accurate regurgitations.
The tag line infers some strong gravitation towards Latino inspired stories. However, most of the stories on here are insipid details of celebrity life—which in themselves have relevance, given the great amount of people interested in them—, but Latino…maybe 10%, or just as much as most any other blog. Junk like you can read on TMZ. You also tend to go on and join the rest of the media in kicking a dying horse.
Not only are you drawing on the mishaps of some 15 year old girl, who is unfortunate enough to have the media tag her as the next falling icon. What the hell was that about some nameless dude showing his 20s? Idiot he was, but I know quite a few idiots like that. I’m sure a lot of people do. You call out a particular person on a pattern of behavior, something he has probably learned from his environment? Really? I mean, no one would confuse you guys for enlightened or understanding, but…really?
This was never meant to be inspirational I’m sure. But you guys are less than annoying, you’re mind numbing and droll. This is just kinda the last straw.
I mean. This story. Yeah. Kick the dying horse.

Yeah, I would love to read more Latino culture-oriented posts, even if it’s coconut Latin culture. But anything, please, no more miley cyrus.

Seriously, ITA with above posters. Focus, Guanabee, focus! I guana support you guy (see what I did there?), but some of these posts are just wretchingly pointless. This ranks right up there with Anything LiLo.
