The leader of an apocalyptic New Mexico church who claims to be the Messiah was arrested Tuesday on sex charges, state police said.
Wayne Bent, who also goes by the name Michael Travesser, was arrested at the compound that is home to his Lord Our Righteousness Church, called Strong City by members. He was being interviewed, state police spokesman Peter Olson said.
Apparently God, aka Wayne, feels he was sent to earth to sleep with seven virgins. But, you know, over and over again. We guess, like the last time God had sex with a virgin, they just stay virgins? That God sure does have a magic pee pee. Of course Wayne God doesn’t feel he’s done anything wrong by sleeping with seven young girls. I realize that this is a Latino website, so I forgive all of you sinners for passing judgment on Michael or even posting this without having consulted with anyone Strong City.
It is important that all of you Latinos understand that Michael is following Father’s will. Father has asked Michael to sleep with 7 virgins. If you have then you know there are many obvious contradictions your self-proclaimed jesus has made against what the true Jesus Christ taught and what is recorded in the Holy Word of God. Please open your Bible and concentrate on the teachings of Jesus. As He said, there will be many false prophets coming in my name and I do believe if you pray for the Holy Spirit of God to open your mind and heart to the TRUE WORD, you will soon see that this man is a false prophet out for his own gains. He is not laying down his life for others, he is having others lay down their lives for him and his needs/desires. Just search the scriptures of confirmation of all he says as truth. No person can reveal God and the Christ to you, only the Word of God in the Spirit can show you the way and set you free with truth.

So news flash if wayn is describing what he going through as when happen to christ, sorry to bust your bubble, but all the world has already been made Christ foot stole. Like many others who have commented on this post, I have to say that God would NEVER send his Son to sleep with several other women ESPECIALLY married women. That is SIN according to God. Also, this man is only one of the many other so called Messiahs that the Bible warns us about. God would never “deam” a person a Messiah. The Bible ALSO never says God would change a random person into a Messiah. If the followers were true followers of God, they would know that this man IS NOT the Messiah, but someone who just wants to please himself and lives to do just that.
I don’t know about anyone else but I do NOT have sex as suffering, pain, blah blah. I do it with my husband–my ONLY husband–because I like it. It is NO WAY torture or painful!!! He knows this is not really painful for him and obviously loves it so much that he has tricked the followers in believing God would tell someone to do something like that. As far as being naked with the young “virgins” and touching them inappropriately or whatever he did, I don’t think I need to say anything about that. He is equal to my neighborhood pedophile in my eyes–one that really does belong behind bars.
This entire situation is very sad. Religion is nonsense. But Im glad NatGeo aired this special. Now, no matter how bad things ever get for me, I know there are people more screwed up than I am. I know that at least I think for myself, and make decisions based on rational thoughts, not a 2000+ year old book, or some crazy guy who’s full of shit. I know it sounds selfish, but it is what it is.
