According to our new favorite Museum of the American Cocktail [Ed. Note: Suck it, MoMA!] today is the last day of “World Cocktail Week”, a project established to celebrate the rich history of the cocktail and recognize the craft and skill of the bartenders who have been mixing them for over 200 years. We would post something witty about that, but we’re kinda drunk, and we just spilled some Colt 45 on our keyboard.
