Fifty Cent Gives Taco Bell His Two Cents In The Form Of A Lawsuit
20 June 2008, 12:45 PM. By Daniel Mauser
Rapper 50 Cent is reportedly so pissed off that Taco Bell would ask him to change his name for a day — in exchange for a $10,000 donation to the charity of his choice — that he is considering suing them. Kindly stop trifling with our favorite purveyor of laxatives. Besides, it’s not like 50 Cent is some mediawhore willing to bend over for whatever corporation offers him the most money (cough Vitamin Water cough FOX cough):
A rep tells OK! magazine, “This is a sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt by Taco Bell’s president, Greg Creed, whose disingenuous offer was leaked to the press before it was even presented to 50 Cent’s agent yesterday.”
And 50 Cent himself warns, “When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: ‘We messed with the bull and got the horns!’”
We’re pretty sure bulls and horns are the secret ingredients that make Meximelts so completely mexcellent. Is 50 overreacting, or is Taco Bell low down and dirty for asking him to partake in a publicity stunt?

I don’t think you can sue people for asking you to participate in something. Or else I’d have sued the Obama camp long ago…
Like his momma named him “Fiddy…”
