Remember Jessica Sierra? No, not the one in high school who used to eat glue. Jessica Sierra, from “American Idol?” She had that sex tape? Right, that one. Anyway, she’s still on drugs and still not interested in getting clean unless its on “Celebrity Rehab.” Which would be fine, except….
One problem: A Hillsborough judge ordered her not to give any interviews or appear before any cameras during her yearlong stint at a California rehab center.
Oops.
Sierra’s attorney, John Fitzgibbons, will go to court Thursday to ask for some leeway from the judge who initially sentenced the reality TV star to probation on battery and cocaine possession charges, court papers show.
Cocaine? Fancy!
In an interview, Fitzgibbons said VH1 is planning Celebrity Rehab, part deux.
Before the judge told her to stay 100 yards away from cameras, Sierra, 22, appeared with eight other low-level celebrities [Ed. note: Haha! Ouch!] on the initial series, headed by physician and self-described “addictionologist” Dr. Drew Pinsky.
“Addictionologist?” You bet that shit is “self-described.” Anyway, don’t many recovering addicts simply trade one addiction for another? Instead of drugs, let Jessica get high from being a d-list celebrity trainwreck marginally famous for losing a television show and being the most forgettable character on a poorly received reality TV series! Let the girl have her dream.

So much for gettng famous for being a train wreck…

Actually Jessica has been clean and sober for close to 6 months and has been in a lock-down rehab since mid-January…so you’re absolutely wrong about her still being on drugs and only interested in getting clean if she’s on tv. She is at the same rehab facility at which the first season of Celebrity Rehab was filmed; her request - which is now moot as it was withdrawn - was to allow three weeks of her continued rehab to be part of season 2 of Celebrity Rehab. She will continue in her current rehab until 2009 and then has plans to go into a sober living situation.
