She is at the same rehab facility at which the first season of Celebrity Rehab was filmed; her request - which is now moot as it was withdrawn - was to allow three weeks of her continued rehab to be part of season 2 of Celebrity Rehab. She will continue in her current rehab until 2009 and then has plans to go into a sober living situation.
