It’s gotten even nuttier now that her mom, Guadalupe, has moved into their Long Island, N.Y., home to help after the nanny quit.

“All you can hear is noise,” an insider tells Star. “Screaming, phones ringing, babies crying, TVs blaring. It’s madness.”

It doesn’t help that the pop diva micromanages everything. To deal with the stress, Marc locks himself away to prepare for his upcoming world tour.
