Julio Iglesias has to cancel most of his performance in Russia due to heart palpitations. Some concert-goers apparently thought the singer was undergoing a heart attack when he stopped two songs into his set. Doctors have determined that the palpitations were stress related, and not because Don Julio saw a poster of his fine-ass Old self.
