Salma Hayek really gives the impression of having it all: A thriving career, scores of fans, business savvy, intelligence, beauty, a loving family and no need for bras with enough padding to cushion a car crash. So what’s her secret for keeping it all together and being happy? Why, it’s the same, trite bullshit famous people always say! Just kidding. We guess it’s kind of sweet:
“I have learned to enjoy time to be a woman. I have learned to enjoy how to do the most that I can with what I have,” the Ugly Betty producer explained. “It is a good thing to be a 41-year-old Latina woman in America.”
We’re guessing “enjoying time to be a woman” probably doesn’t mean inhaling nail polish while playing with your boobs. But that’s never stopped us before. So, we’ll ask you, lovely Latina commenters: What does enjoying being a woman mean for you, if anything? What’s your secret to being happy?
