Man Sues Dairy Queen For Not Giving Him Tacos, Possibly Being Racist

Nothing comes between a man and his taco-like food products purchased at chain fast food establishments better known for their ice cream products. Since the headline is pretty self-explanatory, let’s dive right into the beauty that is this utter piece of… journalism:

With the likeness of Martin Luther King Jr. emblazoned on his T-shirt, disabled Texas resident Cordell Moody stepped into the Hughes Springs Dairy Queen and ordered three tacos.

That is some fucking Salinger shit going on in that sentence up there. Gorgeous prose:

He claims he sat down and waited for his food for about 30 minutes while five additional customers were served, but his food never arrived. Moody believes the workers were discriminating against him because of the shirt he wore and asked the employees for his money back.

Within the complaint, Moody states that he asked the employees for a store complaint form and they responded that they did not have any and told him to “get the hell out.” Moody left the store and called the acting store supervisor, Sasha Jones. According to Moody, Jones offered him something to eat since she was now at the store, but Moody responded that he was afraid someone would put something in his food.

Cold. Problem is, Moody kind of has a history of being sue-happy when it comes to processed foods and has insisted on acting as his own lawyer even though he’s admitted to a “mental illness or disability.” But in the fight for tacos, as well all know, anything goes.

We’ll admit its completely news to us that Dairy Queen sells tacos. We’re pretty sure we already know the answer, but we’ll ask anyway: Are they at all edible?
