Oklahoma Stops Hating Beaners Long Enough To Establish Shrine To Patron Saint Of Immigrants
5 June 2008, 11:15 AM. By Daniel Mauser
When they’re not making it illegal to breathe air an immigrant might have farted in or using family members as bait to get one another deported, Oklahoma is erecting shrines to Saint Toribio, patron of immigrants:
The idea came from a parishioner, Simone Navarro, shortly before Oklahoma’s immigration law — the Oklahoma Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act of 2007 — went into effect last Nov. 1.
“I wanted a place where immigrants could pray in peace,” Navarro, a native of Mexico, told the Eastern Oklahoma Catholic, Tulsa’s diocesan newspaper.
Aw, that’s sweet. It’s so nice that such a shrine exists for Latinos to visit with other Latinos while being either ignored or hated by non-Latinos. It really brings people together who would otherwise have been all together, you know? Precious.

Sounds like a trick by La Migra to get them all in one place. They’re probably praying that they won’t get caught anyway….
Now if Oklahoma can stop thinking that homosexuality, more than terrorism, is the biggest threat our country faces, then it’d all be good.
