How did the New York City National Puerto Rican Day Parade go from a nice parade fifty one years ago to a nice way to get sexually assaulted today? What do you guys think about the way young Puerto Rican ladies espress themselves through clothing on PR Day? Sure it’s hot in June, but dayum!
