Video: 'La Diosa Del Metro' Monserrat Morilles Strips On Chile's Subways

subway.stripper.png

Yes, there’s video of the 26 year-old woman in Chile named Monserrat Morilles who uses subway poles and her ass to get shy commuters talking. Now she’s keeping people at home, glued to their computers (cuz there’s video after the jump!) Morilles told reporters that stripping on subway poles “is just a beginning. We are starting an idea here that will grow and be developed further.” No word on whether that has anything to do with Taxi cab blow jobs, but you can bet we’ll keep you posted.

I want her to be my new best friend.

Ick. Germs.

What a shameless hussy!

I was so outraged I had to watch it nine times to make sure what I was seeing was a truly wanton act of impropriety!

This is the type of moral outrage that would set Nancy Grace’s hair on fire, and quite rightly so!

Yours most indignantly,

Most definitely, it should be awarded that this woman broke out into the public in such a daring protest. I have lived in Santiago and I completely understand where she is coming from. As much as the society has progressed economically, socially it is still not as forward thinking as many parts of the world. Chauvinism and intolerance is abundant, and it makes me proud to see a Chilean woman step forward and really make people think whether dancing in a bikini in public is really an indecent act. She is definitely not harming anyone, and has put enough thought into her act to make sure that no children were on the carts that she danced on. She is a societal superheroine, and I hope Chile recognizes that.

I , too, was so outraged by the actions taken on the subway in full view of the loyal commuters that words cannot express my indignation. The police have once again proven they are the champions of violence by forcibly arresting a woman expressing freedom of speech, as it were, in front of fellow citizens too timid to resist armed aggression. Chile , indeed, is still governed by a police state military ruler.

I agree with the above writer and can unequivocally see that no humans were harmed during the filming of the woman
artistic performance…except perhaps the bruising on the performers arms from the callous monkeys arresting her.

At least there is not the outrageous cover charge typical of a “gentleman’s club” where many men would most likely go for this sort of thing—-wives may even get their husbands home earlier as they are not “working late” (meaning, stopping off at gentleman’s club and paying outrageous cover charges [money that should have been spent on their family] to watch vacant eyed strippers with implants and names like Sierra Mist, and Autumn Fauna work the pole!)

We soooooooooooooo need this on the London Underground!

I’m all for spicing up office workers hum-drum commutes and I don’t find anything morally or aesthetically objectionable to a surprise pole dance in a subway. But this as an act to promote tolerance? Don’t make me laugh. There’s a long tradition of Chile of showing topless women in tabloids and of having nearly naked (and fully naked) waitresses in coffee bars. All that has happily co-existed with rampant homophobia, base sexism, and a disdain for all things native. I’d like to see an effeminate guy or fleshy Mapuche woman work the pole. They’d be pushed onto the tracks in minutes.

Ick. I hope she carries a pack of wet-naps and Lysol with her. Also, I wish my face was that pole.

Puta

the CTA could use a little of that but they would have to do lap dances no free standing poles.
