Marc Anthony Wins Award In Milan For Being An Artiste
Marc Anthony has received an award from the Milan Town Council for his contributions as an artist. Looks like those hilarious Germans can step aside as the funniest people in the EU:
“We wanted to honor him for his unquestionable artistic value and also thank him for having chosen Milan for his [first] ever concert in Italy,” councilor Giovanni Terzi has said of Anthony, who has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.
Unquestionable? Have they watched El Cantante? Have they heard of El Cantante? Well, to be fair, it’s not as if we have. Bashing Marc Anthony is just kind of a knee-jerk reaction. Let’s take a little stroll through Mr. Lopez’s career, shall we? We shall!:

Hmm. We’re pretty sure that award isn’t for a group effort. Things is, we forget Marc is a talented artist because his accomplishments are consistently overshadowed by his relationship to La Lopez who, will incredibly business-savvy, is not exactly on Marc’s level when it comes to vocalizing or acting. So good for you, Marc. And next time you decide to make a movie or a duet with your wife, remember one word:
“Bennifer.”

OK at first I thought the headline said “… for being an ATHLETE.” It’s early but the thought of scrawny @ss Marc Anthony being an athlete kills me.
That said all you’ve proven is that jLo has taken a big dump all over Mr. Lopez’s career. Fine. She’s done to many a man before. But come on! Bringing Out the Dead, The Substitute and the very underrated Big Night?? And I’m haven’t even mentioned the voice yet. The boy can flat out sing rings & trills around anyone. Puh. Lease.
Pick on somebody your own size. ;)

I love MA. L.O.V.E. him. Looooove him. Goosebumps when he belts… Jokes aside, dude knows how to warble in Spanish and English…He’s like the Puerto Rican Frank Sinatra; only skinnier and less menacing. But! That award? I’ve seen dozens of those. I was writing the Michael Jackson Auction catalog last year and concluded Politicians give out those awards just so they can meet celebrities.The Jacksons had so many proclomations and resolutions, its was sick.
Besides wanting to meet Marc, I think Milan’s giving him those papers cuz maybe Jenny from la calle might be showing there?Who in Milan listens to MA?
Marc is talented and genius-y tho..I’m just sayin…

Marc is the epitome of talentless hack.The only reason they invited him to MIlan is because they wanted JLo there.And JLo herself is a has been now.Marc single handly ruined JLo career to the ground in 4 years.Now they become the whitney and bobby the hispanic version.They should get an award for being the biggest losers!

MA looks totally emaciated ..but that’s good if he can star in those 4th world vampire movies where they dub in Spanish…he can do both english and spanish..think of the money saved?
The last pix of him are all nose and lips on a skeleton. JLo needs to give this guy a few months off so he can pick up weight or disappear up her…well, let’s not go there….
