Meet Gabriel Alexandre da Silva. The Brazilian Boy Who Bit A Dog.
28 July 2008, 9:05 AM. By Guanabee Staff
Gabriel Alexandre da Silva, 11, of Belo Horizonte, Brazil found a way to get out of a pitbull attack last week. He bit that sucker back. And though the English Language press got all the names wrong, (Brazilian press lists the boys name as Gabriel Alexandre da Silva, not Gabriel Almeida, and the dogs name as Chitan, not Tita.) they do have the details:
Gabriel Almeida (sic) was playing in his uncle’s backyard in the city of Belo Horizonte when a pit bull named Tita (sic) lunged at him and bit him in the left arm.
Almeida grabbed the dog by the neck and bit back — biting so hard that he lost a canine tooth.
Wow, we’d love to see video of that! Instead we’ll have to settle for video of the Minnesota woman who bit a pitbull after it attacked her dog. After the jump!
