Jorge Corsi is a renowned psychologist in Argentina who has met the President, worked as a professor, and has typically been top shit all around. Now news has come out that Dr. Corsi has been putting his psychological know-how to use… by seducing young boys and then recruiting them to go out and fetch him new potential lovers. Is there no “To Catch a Predator” in Argentina?:

For a period of five years, Mr. Corsi and his accomplices, Marcelo Rocca Clement and Augusto Correa, seduced and abused many children. The three used Mr. Corsi’s skills as a psychologist to manipulate and ultimately exploit his victims. According to authorities, Mr. Corsi lived a Dr. Jekyll/Hyde existence: memorable and important personality during the day, sexual seducer of young children at night and during the weekends. As his skills as a psychologist were perfected, he got better at his work and at the abuse of innocent children.

Jealous, Dr. QuiƱones?

It was during trips to Spain, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic that Mr. Corsi, while contacting members of the pedophile network that he helped create, aroused the curiosity of Children’s Services and Spanish authorities. They began to keep on eye on the suspicious doctor and soon notified Argentinian authorities.

The professor has been arrested and forced to recount the acts to his mother [Ed. note: Whoa.], authorities, and a judge, and must face the parents of children who were abused.

One of the more disturbing aspects of Corsi’s plan is that he trained the children he lured to become paid recruits for his “boylover” network. They, in turn, would lure other children in, using social networking sites like “Fotolog.” New prospects were invited to Corsi’s house to watch a movie and “hang out.”

This reminds us of the “NAMBLA” episode of “South Park,” wherein Cartman becomes the poster boy for the group after deciding he’s too mature for his friends. (Video below!) And, honestly? We though the organization was totally made up for the show. Probably because we’re so young and innocent and unbelievably tight.

Anyway, we hope that, if anything, the story of Dr. Corsi’s arrest helps dissolve the notion that only poor, stupid, creepy men molest children. As this case shows, they can also be incredibly intelligent, calculating, upper-middle-class professionals. There’s absolutely no way to point out a potential child molester. Unless you’re in prison, as he’ll be the guy without teeth.

If only Corsi had used his Pied Piper powers for good instead of evil. Think of how much better Evita would have been!
