Swedish Model Sabina Johansson Arrested For Playing “House Mom” At Midtown Brothel

Sabina Johansson, also known as Sabina Mari, is a successful-ish 23-year-old model from Sweden. She also happens to work as an alleged madame for a prostitution ring run out of “Big Daddy Lou’s Hot Lap Dance Club.” Does the name itself not positively ooze and bubble with class and sophistication?:

Johansson, who has appeared in an Avril Lavigne music video and on “The Tyra Banks Show,” was arrested Thursday in the ongoing investigation of the W. 38 St. club owned by lawyer Lou (Daddy) Posner.

While Johansson has publicly denied knowing about the sex-for-sale activities going on in the private rooms of the club, cops allege she was wise to the tricks.

Tricks! Snort.

NYPD vice unit officers posing as patrons claim Johansson greeted them at the club in April and told them they could expect more than lap dances from the strippers if the price was right. “Defendant told [the undercover officer] that she was aware prostitution activity was going on at the club in its private rooms,” court records contend.

So why would a model with a prestigious (Avril Lavigne video!) and illustrious (Tyra Banks’ show!) career as Sabina’s elect to make extra money by promoting prostitution? Especially since she was also the “girlfriend’ (Cue: Giant air quotes.) of a New York City doorman who won the lottery:

“He’s a sweetheart,” Johansson cooed. “He’s sincere. He’s a gentleman.”

Randazzo, 44, who hit it big in May in the state’s “Set for Life” scratch-off game, said he did not know about Johansson’s strip-club stint.

“It’s news to me,” Randazzo said. “We’ve known each other all of 10 days. She’s the best thing that’s happened to me since the lottery.”

Yup, dating someone who promotes illegal and potentially exploitative activities in a place called “Big Lou’s” is definitely about as good as winning $5 million.

Interestingly enough, Sabina’s personal page makes it very clear that she has certain boundaries and takes her modeling work very seriously:

I went to school for web design and digital imaging so I know the post production of the imaging and how to build websites so i didnt have to pay someone else to do it for me. I also learned photographer and bought a Canon digital Xt Rebel. I have shot models, nature, kids and animals. I can see myself entering other parts of the industry but modeling/acting will always be my number one.

Do you do any nude work?

Not at all.

All this hard work and lackluster talent will pay off when she becomes, in Sabina’s own words, “The Next Big One.” Quite.
