I just drove right past it two weeks ago (I was camping a few km away– ha ha ha!) I wouldn’t say there’s no comparable location on Earth, but the view’s nice. Would the author care to address the contradictions to the above stated past and present buyers, as noted in other comments?

Roman Abramovich didn’t buy this house. The byuer wishes to remain unknown and Abramovich has informed everybody that it is not him. Neither did it ever belong to Bill Gates. The whole Bill Gates buying this house business was a rumour that didn’t turn out to be true, just as this Abramovich business.
