Variety reports today that British production house September Films has won the rights to produce a Thomas Beatie documentary. Because no one likes tabloid fodder better than the Brits. The documentary, “will tell the story of his life, from difficult childhood and transgender issues as a teenager, through to the birth of his daughter at an Oregon hospital on June 29.” Which means we all get to see just how they make the sausage at the tranny baby factory. Hoooray!

September is gaining a truly global reputation for producing these types of documentaries and handling the subject matter in a responsible and sensitive manner.
