I was curious about what it looked like "inside my stomach" so I opened a couple capsules into water. It basically looked like green Metamucil. I have been taking it for about a month now, though not on a regular basis, and I have lost about 5 pounds so far. Aside from the weight loss, I have had a lot of lets say, positive side effects from increasing the fiber in my diet, less constipation, etc. It doesn't make you feel STUFFED, but it definitely doesn't allow you to eat as much at a meal afterward as I would have been able to if I don't take it. I also like the fact that it has vitamins in it. I have a hard time taking separate vitamins because they always seem to upset my stomach, but I haven't had that problem with the fill pill.
