“La Madrastra” is probably the best telenovela we’ve never seen. Mostly because it features the most eyelinered cast in the history of television and film. In this scene, Bruno — a curiously orange, thinly-mustached, villainous sort — is being laborously murdered by his wife, Fabiola, while his face shows about 17,842 different expressions. Someone hand that mustache an Emmy! Bruno and “La Madrastra” are, in fact, so awesome that both have been referenced on “The Soup.”
