		<description>Totally agree with the question of where to draw the line. Aren't we hired based on our abilities, not our pastimes? I've  read article after article warning young job seekers to keep their online profiles private, but nothing that addresses whether this extensive of a background check is always relevant, valid, or even ethical. Might be worth considering.
