Fashion Week: Christian Siriano’s Show Wows Critics, Hot Trannies

“Project Runway” winner and pretty much one of the only contestants whose name we still remember, Christian Siriano, presented a predominantly gray-hued collection to the delight of critics and fans. Making use of his signature ruffle — a design detail that characterized his winning avant-guard couture look on “Project Runway” — and the glitter-laded blood of hot tranny messes, Christian’s designs were deemed “classy:”

Tim described the collection to Pop Wrap as, “phenomenal, sophisticated, polished, staggeringly professional and classy,” while Heidi Klum said, “It was very classy and beautiful.”

But perhaps Nina Garcia put it best when she said, “Christian thinks about an entire concept and that’s a very mature thing to do. Not everybody at his age could pull this together so effortlessly. I am blown away and proud and excited and happy—I feel like a doting mother.”
