It’s Chic To Be A Geek: Alice McCall’s New Atari-Inspired Line For Topshop

Designer Alice McCall will unveil a line of clothing for British chain Topshop inspired by Atari games of the 80s. Finally, someone got around to making the “Escape from the Planet of Robot Monsters” sweater vest we’ve so been longing for. Says a spokesperson for the store:

“The second Topshop range is looking at the whole Atari computer game movement of the late eighties as the foundation for our print, and to bring a cool urban edge to pretty dresses and separates. This is very Alice McCall.”

McCall’s first collection for Topshop was the best-selling in the store’s history. The new line will be out September 25th. Want more game inspired fashion? No? Oh. Wait… Yes? Good! They’re after the jump:
