A private school in Spain, San Estanislao de Kostka (SEK), has denied admission to twin girls who are the daughters of a lesbian couple. And sisters of Satan?!

The couple had been assured several times that there was available space at the school. In fact, when the school used lack of space as an excuse for not accepting the girls, the couple had a friend call the school to ask about availability. They were told there was.

“That day, we were silent and paralyzed. We had never suffered discrimination quite like this. We felt as if we’d been treated like total idiots.” For the record, the school maintains is practices “freedom from discrimination on any grounds whatsoever.”

Schools hate lesbians so hard. Because being gay is totally contagious. You allow those girls in the school and, man. One long, lingering look at a pair of scissors in art class later, everyone’s a lesbian. This would never have happened at an American private school thanks to a little something called “Tokenism:”

“Well, McKenzie-Sienna has lesbian offspring in her second grade class. And a little Samoan boy!”
