Billy Ray Cyrus, the man responsible for both “Achey Breaky Heart” and Miley Cyrus, was on hand to help celebrate his upcoming daughter’s 16th birthday at Disneyland. He was asked about her relationship with 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston. So, does Papa Cyrus want rearrange Justin’s face?:
“He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream,” Billy Ray told Access.
And as for what type of man Justin is, Billy Ray said Justin measures up in the areas that matter most.
“He’s got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination,” Billy Ray added. “I think that’s the true measure of a man, is when you measure his heart.”
Blah, blah, blah. We’re not exactly sure our own dad would have been so… heart-measurery if we had, at 16, put down our goth poetry long enough to be interested in 20-year-old underwear models. Then again, our own dear mother once dated a man several years older than she was when she was a teenager. An older, hairy man. With a thick Basque accent.
If you’re a parent, how would you feel about your teen daughter (or son) dating someone older? Did you ever date older people as a teen? Did your parents disown you?
And what do a 16-year-old and a 20-year-old talk about at Disneyland? Their veneers? Demi Lovato?:

I guess it isn’t statutory rape when daddy gives consent for his underage baby girl to get banged by the adult underwear model—-wait, aren’t they from Kentucky? If so the age of consent is only 12 and it is ok to bang underwear models or your brother.

age does NOT define you. some 15-year-olds are grown (like me). with that being said, why should we spent time dating kids when we grown?
